John Gibson - Director
John has had extensive development experience in some of the country's largest and most complex residential developments. As a qualified civil engineer, John has over 17 years development management experience in all aspects of small and large scale land and built form projects including acquisitions, financing, design, planning, stakeholder and community engagement, marketing, sales and delivery, John has worked for some of the country's leading developers namely Delfin Lend Lease and Stockland and was responsible for key projects such as Lakeside at Pakenham, Caroline Springs, Highlands, Edgewater and Golden Grove. These projects have all achieved state, national and international industry recognition.
Simon Cleal – Director
Simon has extensive experience in structuring developments and site acquisitions for some of Australia’s largest property developers. These transactions range in scope from unconditional short settlements through to structured finance for joint ventures. At Colliers International, Simon managed residential development site sales in Victoria. Over a 5 year period, Simon transacted development sites worth over $4 billion. Simon managed the design, sales and marketing for many of these developments. Sites include the Chevron at 539 St Kilda Road (300 apartments), Marquise at 610 St Kilda Road (220 apartments), "B" in East Brunswick (60 houses), The Mark at 330 Collins St (50 rooftop apartments), The Terraces at Clifton Hill (60 houses, 45 apartments) and the Pentridge Village development.
Mark Keo – Director
Mark is the co-founder of Massi since inception and is on the board of various private companies. Mark has extensive experience in corporate finance, deal structure, risk, compliance, acquisitions and property development. Mark’s key responsibilities are maximising company value while managing the firm's financial risks. Mark’s broad background in finance has allowed Massi to leverage from his extensive corporate and banking networks. Mark has been responsible in many successful business start-up’s and has assisted in the listing of over 20 publicly listed ASX companies. Mark has also been accountable in managing and delivering projects to the value of $65M in the last 5 years including medium density developments of award winning “B” (Brunswick East). The Loft (Ascot Vale), One Evelyn (St Helena) and the refurbishment of 27 King St, Melbourne.
Travers Nuttall – Development Manager
Travers holds a Bachelor of Urban Planning & Development and Bachelor of Planning & Design (Property & Construction) from Melbourne University. Travers has over 5 years planning and development experience and has worked with companies such as Brico and The Aspen Group. Travers' attention to detail is second to none which has been key to securing planning approvals on difficult housing projects.
Reeba Cletus – Design Manager
Reeba has a Bachelor of Architecture from Trivandrum, India and over the last 5 years has developed her skills in designing built form projects including major civic buildings. Whilst employed with Peddlethorp Architects she was responsible for producing design drawings for some of the key sports facilities used for the Commonwealth Games in India. At Mirvac, Reeba produced designs for Tower 9 of the Yarra's Edge development. In the last 12 months, Reeba has generated design drawings to town planning standard for multiple medium density projects comprising over 300 houses.
Simon Wilson - Sales Manager
With 17 years in the industry, Simon has a wealth of experience across all areas of the residential real estate market. Grounding himself, in what was at the time, one of the busiest and most successful real estate offices in the country, Simon developed key skills in how to market, list, sell and auction residential property within different market cyles. Simon then broadened his experience at Australand and across a decade sold in all areas of the market from land sub divisions, house and land packages, medium density developments and apartment buildings in and around the CBD. Most notably Simon was responsible for selling the Commonwealth Games Village in Parkville and Freshwater Place apartment complex situated in Southbank.
